Thơ Song Ngữ

Từ Nhỏ là xuân vui

nôn nao chiều cuối năm

sáng mai khoe áo mới

mình đi chùa nghe không!

 .

Từ Nhỏ là hạ buồn

tím cả một con đường

man mác từng cánh phượng

đi nhặt về nghe không!

 .

Từ Nhỏ là thu ngoan

lá rơi đầy công viên

tóc nhỏ màu rất lạ

cho hồn ta trẻ con

 .

Từ Nhỏ là sầu đông

những cơn mưa rất quen

qua phố chiều se lạnh

nhìn nhỏ, ta ngỡ ngàng

 .

Từ Nhỏ là xuân vui

Từ Nhỏ là hạ buồn

Từ Nhỏ là thu ngoan

Từ Nhỏ là sầu đông

 .

Vắng Nhỏ từ dạo ấy

có còn, ơi bốn mùa!

ta ngồi đây thơ thẩn

tiếng ai cười như mưa

My little lover was

Translated by Jen

My little lover was the happy spring

as the end of the year approached, she felt both anxious and excited

she was going to wear a new dress the next morning

and we would go to the temple together!

 .

My little lover was the sad summer

the whole street in front of her school was lined with purple

Jacaranda blooms with romantic purple flowers

we gathered them up!

 .

My little lover was the very beautiful  autumn

fallen leaves filled the park

my little lover dyed her hair a very strange color

to revert my soul to my youth

 .

My little lover was the warm winter

the rains was very familiar

blowing through the chilly afternoon of the city

looking at my little lover, I was amazed

.

My little lover was the happy spring

My little lover was the sad summer

My little lover was the very beautiful autumn

My little lover was the warm winter

 .

I miss my little lover very much since we broke up

however, there are still the four seasons!

I sit here and reminiscing

of the girl whose laugh sounded like falling rain
